My passion for fitness started early in my life, as I was an accomplished and awarding winning track and field superstar through grade school and high school. My senior year of high school, I found a new passion for track and field and went on to continue my love for the sport through my college career at St. John’s University. Upon college graduation, my fitness career was a natural progression and I used my knowledge and passion to help others achieve their optimal health.
